Welcome to QUALITYABAYA.COM. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order or accessing our site, you agree to the terms outlined below. QUALITYABAYA.COM operates under the trade license Al Nakheel Gowns Tailoring, based in Dubai, UAE.

1. Wholesale Orders Only

QUALITYABAYA.COM is a wholesale-only supplier. We accept bulk orders with a minimum quantity requirement, depending on the shipping method and customization. Retail purchases or single-piece orders are not accepted.

2. Customization & Branding

We offer:

  • Custom Designs based on your specifications

  • Private Labeling with your brand’s logo and tags

Once your design is confirmed and production begins, no changes or cancellations can be made.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed are wholesale and exclusive of VAT, duties, or customs (if applicable).

  • DPD shipping is customs-free, available for orders of minimum 40 abayas.

  • Payment must be made in full before production begins.

  • We accept bank transfers and other approved payment methods.

4. Production & Delivery Timeline

  • Production Time: 10–20 business days (depending on order size & design complexity)

  • Shipping Time: 5–10 business days (based on destination and courier)

  • Shipping is done via trusted global carriers: DPD, FedEx, Aramex, DHL, and UPS

Delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or courier issues are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

As all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the items are defective or do not match the confirmed specifications.

To report an issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Our team will review and provide a resolution accordingly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product images, designs, and text, is the property of QUALITYABAYA.COM or its partners and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

QUALITYABAYA.COM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services will be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.
