1. Introduction

Welcome to Quality Abaya, a wholesale abaya manufacturing and export business operated by VELHAYA FZE LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.

By accessing or using our website (www.qualityabaya.com) and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


2. Business Model – Wholesale Only

Quality Abaya operates strictly as a wholesale supplier.

  • We do not sell retail.

  • Orders are accepted in bulk quantities.

  • Minimum order quantities (MOQ) may apply depending on design and customization.

We reserve the right to refuse small quantity or retail-type orders.


3. Orders & Confirmation

3.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to confirmation by VELHAYA FZE LLC. An order is considered confirmed only after:

  • Agreement on design, quantity, and specifications

  • Confirmation of payment (full or partial as agreed)

3.2 Custom & Private Label Orders

For custom designs and private label production:

  • Clients must approve samples, artwork, labels, and specifications before production.

  • Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

  • VELHAYA FZE LLC is not responsible for design errors approved by the client.


4. Pricing

  • All prices are wholesale prices.

  • Prices may vary depending on fabric, design complexity, quantity, and customization.

  • Shipping charges are calculated separately unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.


5. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be agreed upon before order confirmation.

  • Production will begin only after receiving the agreed payment.

  • All international transfer fees, banking charges, or currency exchange costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Failure to complete payment may result in production delay or order cancellation.


6. Production Timeline

  • Estimated Preparation Time: 10–20 business days
    (Depending on quantity and customization)

  • Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

    • High season demand

    • Fabric availability

    • Public holidays

    • Force majeure circumstances

VELHAYA FZE LLC is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.


7. Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping via trusted courier companies including:

  • DPD

  • FedEx

  • Aramex

  • DHL

  • UPS

7.1 Transit Time

Estimated transit time: 5–10 business days (depending on destination).

7.2 DPD Custom-Free Shipping Option

  • Minimum 40 abayas required.

  • Door-to-door delivery.

  • Subject to destination country regulations.

7.3 Customs & Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Customs clearance fees

  • Local taxes

  • Any regulatory requirements in their country

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.


8. Quality Assurance

All products undergo internal quality checks before shipment. However:

  • Slight color variation may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

  • Minor measurement differences (±1–2 cm) may occur due to manual production.

  • Handmade embellishments may vary slightly.

These do not qualify as manufacturing defects.


9. Returns & Refunds

As we operate on a wholesale and made-to-order basis, the following applies:

  • Custom and private label orders are non-refundable.

  • Returns are only accepted in case of proven manufacturing defects.

  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving goods with photo/video evidence.

  • Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed after inspection.


10. Intellectual Property

All designs, product images, content, and branding on www.qualityabaya.com are the property of VELHAYA FZE LLC.

  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

  • Private label clients may use their approved designs under agreed terms.


11. Limitation of Liability

VELHAYA FZE LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of profit or business interruption

  • Delays caused by courier companies

  • Customs-related delays or penalties

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total value of the order paid.


12. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • War or political instability

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Pandemic-related issues


13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.


14. Amendments

VELHAYA FZE LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on the website.
