• No retail orders are accepted

3. Orders & Confirmation

3.1 Order Acceptance

Orders are confirmed only after:

• Final agreement on design, quantity, and specifications
• Payment confirmation (full or partial as agreed)

3.2 Custom Orders

• Buyer must approve all designs, sizes, labels, and specifications before production
• Changes after production starts may not be accepted

4. Pricing

• All prices are wholesale prices
• Prices vary depending on design, fabric, and quantity
• Shipping costs are calculated separately
• Prices may change without prior notice

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are agreed before order confirmation
• Production starts only after payment is received
• All bank charges, transfer fees, and currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the buyer

6. Order Cancellation & Refund

✔ Before Production

If an order is cancelled by either party before production begins:

👉 A 2% payment processing fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

❌ After Production Starts

• Orders cannot be cancelled
• Deposits are non-refundable
• No refund will be issued

❌ Custom & Private Label Orders

• Strictly non-cancellable
• Non-refundable once production begins

7. Production Timeline

• Estimated Preparation Time: 10–20 business days
• Time may vary depending on:
  • Order quantity
  • Customization level
  • Fabric availability
  • Seasonal demand

We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide using trusted courier partners:

• DPD
• FedEx
• Aramex
• DHL
• UPS

Important:

• DPD/GDPD shipping is available only in selected countries
• Alternative couriers will be used where DPD is not available
• Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility

Estimated Transit Time: 5–10 business days

9. Product Quality Disclaimer

• Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences
• Size variation (±1–2 cm) is normal
• Minor differences in handwork or finishing may occur

These are not considered defects.

10. Returns & Refunds

• Custom and private label orders are non-refundable
• Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects
• Claims must be submitted within 48 hours with photo/video proof

All website content including:

• Designs
• Images
• Logos
• Text

belongs to VELHAYA FZE LLC.

Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

VELHAYA FZE LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profit or business
• Shipping delays caused by courier or customs
• Errors or omissions on the website

Maximum liability is limited to the order value.

• Government restrictions
