This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all wholesale orders placed with Quality Abaya, operated by VELHAYA FZE LLC, a Dubai-based wholesale abaya manufacturer.

We ship worldwide and work with trusted international courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.


2. Production & Preparation Time

As we operate on a made-to-order wholesale model:

  • Estimated Preparation Time: 10–20 business days
    (Depending on order quantity, customization, and destination)

Production begins only after payment confirmation.


3. Shipping Methods

We ship globally through trusted courier companies including:

  • DPD

  • FedEx

  • Aramex

  • DHL

  • UPS

The courier used depends on:

  • Destination country

  • Order size

  • Shipping agreement

  • Customs regulations


4. DPD / GDPD Shipping Service

We offer DPD / GDPD shipping from Dubai as a preferred option in selected countries.

  • Door-to-door delivery

  • Custom-friendly shipping option

  • Suitable for bulk orders

Important Notice:

DPD / GDPD services from Dubai are only available in specific countries.

For destinations where DPD / GDPD service is not available:

  • We will use alternative courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Aramex.

  • In such cases, customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges (if applied) will be the responsibility of the customer.


5. Minimum Requirement for DPD Shipping

  • Minimum order: 40 abayas

  • Door-to-door delivery service

  • Availability depends on destination country regulations


6. Transit Time

  • Estimated Transit Time: 5–10 business days
    (Depending on destination country and customs clearance process)

Please note:

  • Transit times are estimates only.

  • Delays may occur due to customs inspection, public holidays, or courier operational issues.

VELHAYA FZE LLC is not responsible for courier-related delays.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments:

  • Import duties

  • VAT or local taxes

  • Customs clearance charges

  • Brokerage fees

are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customs regulations vary by country, and we recommend buyers check local import laws before placing orders.


8. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges:

  • Are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination.

  • Will be communicated before order confirmation.

  • May vary depending on courier selection.


9. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

  • Customers can monitor delivery status directly with the courier.


10. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

If a shipment fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable contact number

  • Refusal to pay customs duties

The customer will be responsible for:

  • Return shipping fees

  • Re-shipping charges

  • Any customs penalties


11. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If goods are damaged during transit:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photo/video evidence.

  • A claim may need to be filed with the courier company.

Resolution depends on courier investigation and approval.
