At QUALITYABAYA.COM, we are committed to delivering premium quality Dubai abayas tailored to your business needs. As a wholesale, made-to-order supplier, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure transparency and protect both parties involved.


1. Made-to-Order & Custom Products

All abayas are produced based on your confirmed design, quantity, and specifications. Due to the custom and wholesale nature of our service, we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has begun.


2. Defective or Incorrect Items

We will only accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Items are damaged or defective upon delivery

  • Items do not match the confirmed design, color, size, or customization

To qualify for a return or refund, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Include your order number and description of the problem

Once reviewed, our quality control team will confirm the issue and offer a resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement of the affected items

  • Partial refund (if applicable)

  • Credit for future orders


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Delays caused by courier services, customs, or natural events

  • Slight variations in color or stitching, as minor differences are normal in handcrafted garments


4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days. You will receive a confirmation once the refund is issued.
